How the Tracheostomy speaking valve Works
The valve attaches securely to the universal 15 mm tracheostomy tube connector. During inhalation, the valve opens to allow air into the lungs. During exhalation, it closes and redirects airflow through the vocal cords, nose, and mouth, enabling speech and vocalization.
