Delivery Within the UAE
We deliver medical supplies and equipment across all Emirates of the UAE. Delivery times depend on product availability, order type, and whether installation or technical support is required.
Delivery Timeframes
• In-stock items: Usually delivered within 1–4 working days.
• Special-order items: Estimated delivery time is typically 4–12 weeks.
• Product-specific delivery times: If a different delivery period applies, it will be stated on the product page or confirmed with you before processing the order.
Delivery Method
• Standard medical supplies: Products that do not require installation or technical training may be delivered through our trusted courier partners.
• Equipment requiring setup or support: Products that require installation, setup, demonstration, or technical training may be delivered directly by Mawared Medical or an authorized service team.
Delivery Charges (UAE)
• Standard UAE delivery charge: AED 30.00 per order.
• Free UAE delivery: Available for orders above AED 1,500.
Order Processing & Availability
Orders are processed after payment confirmation and product availability verification. If an item becomes unavailable or requires a longer lead time, we will contact you before proceeding with the order.
For special-order items, delivery is subject to supplier availability and confirmed lead time
Delivery Address & Contact Details
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including the emirate, area, street/building details, and a valid contact number.
Delivery Delays
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by supplier delays, courier disruptions, public holidays, weather conditions, customs procedures, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If a significant delay occurs, Mawared Medical will make reasonable efforts to inform you and provide an updated delivery estimate.
Failed Delivery / Customer Unavailable
If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, or if the delivery address or contact details are incorrect, the delivery may need to be rescheduled.
Where an additional delivery attempt results in extra courier or transport charges, Mawared Medical may charge a reasonable redelivery fee before arranging the next delivery attempt.
Damaged or Incorrect Delivery
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete item, contact Mawared Medical as soon as possible and provide your order details together with clear photos of the product and packaging.
Please keep the original packaging and all delivered items until our team reviews the case and confirms the next steps.
International Delivery
International shipping charges are calculated separately based on the destination, shipment weight, dimensions, and applicable courier or cargo charges. Mawared Medical will contact the customer to confirm the shipping cost and delivery arrangement before international dispatch.
Customs duties, taxes, import permits, clearance requirements, or other destination-country charges, where applicable, are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Order Tracking & Updates
Where tracking is available, tracking information will be shared with the customer after the order has been dispatched.
For orders delivered directly by Mawared Medical or requiring delivery coordination, our team will contact the customer to arrange a suitable delivery time.
Installation & Technical Products
Certain medical devices and equipment may require installation, setup, demonstration, or technical training. Where applicable, these requirements will be confirmed with the customer before delivery.
Delivery arrangements for such products may differ from standard courier delivery and may require coordination with Mawared Medical or an authorized service team.
Payment Confirmation
Once an online payment is successfully completed, an order and payment confirmation will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact Mawared Medical and provide your order details so our team can assist you.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns, exchanges, and any applicable return delivery charges are subject to Mawared Medical’s Return & Refund Policy.
