The ConvaTec Natura Two-Piece Base Moldable Skin Barrier 57mm (411805) is designed for the SUR-FIT Natura system, offering advanced protection for patients with mostly liquid stoma output. Featuring Durahesive technology, the barrier swells upon contact with liquid output to create a secure seal—known as the turtlenecking effect—providing enhanced protection of the peristomal skin.
This mold-to-fit flat skin barrier requires no cutting, offering a customized and precise fit around the stoma with ease. The plastic coupling ring enables a snap-on connection with audible clicks, allowing quick pouch changes while keeping the barrier in place. The white hydrocolloid tape collar adds flexibility and comfort during wear.
