Refund & Exchange Policy

Overview

Our refund and exchange policy is valid for 3 days from the date you receive your order. If more than 3 days have passed, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be unused and in the same condition as received

Be in its original packaging

Include all accessories and documentation (if applicable)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  1. Products with opened or unsealed original packaging (especially high-value items)

Items that come into direct contact with the body, such as:

Compression garments

Body supports

Compression stockings

  1. Respiratory care items
  2. Additional non-returnable items include:

Special orders with advance payment

Custom-made products

Gift items

Sale items

Return Fees

A return handling fee of AED 25 will be applied to all approved returns.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

The refund will be processed to your original payment method

Credit/debit card refunds may take up to 14 days to reflect

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your bank or card provider (processing times may vary)
  3. If the issue persists, contact us

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to a manufacturing fault, reported within 3 days of delivery.

To request an exchange for the same item, please contact us.
